The staff at this hostel were fantastic and really made my Christmas stay enjoyable. They were friendly and helpful, especially Hanh and Lee. The location of the hostel was perfect, close to the beach and many nice restaurants and cafes. I also loved that they served young coconuts at their food counter, it was a refreshing treat during my stay.
One drawback was that the lights in the bathroom didn't always turn on when I went to use it. I encountered a large rat in my room which was quite unsettling.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hostel. the staff at Rom Casa Hostel were exceptional , they were very friendly and always willing to help with whatever I needed. the owner, Peter, had a relaxed and natural way of engaging with guests, which made me feel at ease. the property itself had a cool vibe and plenty of common areas to meet other travelers. the hostel also organized a lot of evening activities that you could join if you wanted to. the rooms were clean and the showers and toilets were also well, maintained. I especially appreciated the decent water pressure in the showers. the location was fantastic, just a short 5, minute walk from the beach. I enjoyed going surfing every morning while staying here. it was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it. Cons: Everything is what I need and want. 👍.

Great beds with curtains. Strong AC. Always clean. Bathrooms clean. Pool clean. Nice lounge areas both on ground level and up top. Pool was a nice temperature. Connected bar across the street. Quirky cool design re-purposing the shipping containers. Staff was great --- even though I had to arrive at like 4AM and left at 5:30 AM they accommodated me.

Great showers and facilities, and very secure lockers in rooms. the hostel is conveniently located near the beach and some cool places to eat. the staff at the reception, especially Hue, were very friendly and helpful, providing directions and suggestions for activities.
Communication with the staff was sometimes challenging, as they would communicate with each other in a way that made it difficult to have effective communication with guests. There were also some issues with the curtains not being thick enough to block out the light from the motion sensor lights in the hallway, causing disturbance throughout the night.

The value for money at this hostel was excellent, and the room was small but comfortable. The location was perfect, right next to the beach with plenty of markets, restaurants, and bars nearby. The staff were amazing and friendly, and the prices at the bar were really affordable.
Hotel breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options.

I recently spent a couple of amazing days at Rom Casa in Da Nang. The private dorm beds were super comfy with nice bedding, curtains, lights, and power outlets. The containers were really cool and gave us plenty of space. The pool was incredible - perfect temperature, clean, with loungers and shade cover. The staff were friendly, always cleaning and organizing. The common areas had fuseball, books, and great chill music. The location was perfect, just two blocks from the best part of the beach, with delicious food and funky bars nearby. I can't wait to come back!
Can recommend this hotel.
